  • I came back after the mv was released. As an Indian-American, I just want to say this again.....IF YOU ARE NOT SOUTH ASIAN OR MIDDLE EASTERN PLEASE DON'T SPEAK OVER US OR PRETEND LIKE YOU ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT US. WE KNOW EXACTLY WHAT IS OFFENSIVE AND WE ARE STRONG ENOUGH TO STAND UP FOR OURSELVES! THE MV IS THE BEST AND THERE IS LITERALLY NOTHING TO BE OFFENDED ABOUT SO IF YOU ARE NOT FROM ANY OF THE CULTURES REPRESENTED, KEEP YOUR MOUTH SILENT!!!

  • To all those people who don't know the difference between cultural appreciation and appropriation here is a guideline:- Cultural appreciation :- 1. You involve and give credit to artists and cultural from which you are taking an inspiration (ex -Beyoncé working on the album of lion king. ) 2. You either use the full outfit respectfully or not touch it at all. 3. You should be invited to use the cultural and shouldn't offend the people from where it originates. Cultural appropriation:- 1. You use specific parts of the culture and attire to match your aesthetics. 2. You do not educate yourself on the culture(s). 3. You mix and match different cultures considering them as same (ex- Aladin).

  • How are yall being offended? there is LITERALLY nothing offensive! no scripts, nothing ancient or religious thing which can start a controversy and most important, NO STATUES FOR IDOLS

  • Did i just "muskura" 😮😮

  • Esse aaaaaahh ehheeeeeehehheh Aieeeeeeehh não tem nada a ver com a música

  • This is very similar to ''dola re dola re'' song opening concept

  • I love the sound, i keep coming back

  • 3.2 mil for a teaser shsjssjajajajajssj

  • Imagine they have a concert in India and they use this as the opening intro ofmdkfjfjjfj 🔥🔥🔥🔥

  • Am I the only one who heard "muskura" in the end 😁

  • Mamamoo I love you so mach

  • I’m Korean and I could see there are Mongolian, Japanese, Indian, Arabic and even Chinese outfit in this one m/v. And in the lyric, “Aya” is being used to mean “Ouch” (from pulling out a rotten tooth, breaking a relationship with the opponent etc.) Hope this comment helps a bit and doesn’t offend anyone🙌🏼 (I’ve written this after watching the whole m/v) I rather thought this m/v is their elaborated answer for ‘oriental fantasy’ of Western view. Such as Lim Kim’s Yellow. I stan for Mamamoo

  • I’m not indian But I can understand the Hindi words but I cannot say the Hindi language. In here I heard "Muskura" which means "Smiling"

  • I Love & want this version please release 😍✨

  • Moomoodeuls, this is the definition of perfection!!!!!!! Go watch the official MV in the MAMAMOO CHANNEL ONLY.

  • Kaylan po comeback ng mamamoo??😊

  • As an Indian, I’m PROUD that they used a traditional Indian vocal in the background. It’s not disrespectful or CA, it means they notice us!

  • I thought they include this in the actual song as the intro part I wish they did.

    • Same this music is so good

  • I don’t know if I’m the only but the part with Moonbyul remind me a old song of TVXQ - keep you head down . And that make me love more more more Mamamoo 😍

  • When we are not offended why are the others?

  • As an Indian myself. Not offended

  • alguien me explica que significa "aya"?

  • This is power

  • Gorgeous, talented women = Mamamoo

  • Stream the teasers inbetween streaming the mv💚💚💚

  • I don't see anything to get offended. I don't know what you guys are talking about getting offended.

  • Ayaaa

  • AYA 00:17

  • Does anyone know the song in the back?

  • I’m not even offended wtf?? There are foreigners dancing Indian and wearing the outfits but at that time we praise but now people just want drama.. As an Indian I’m not offended in fact I’m happy that they found inspiration from our culture.. I hate it when people act like they belong to a certain culture and feel offended and just spread hate.

  • i love this more than the original song tbh :(

  • this was better than original song

  • the teaser is beautidul than the song?

  • Its has some hindi in starting listen carefully I think i'm mad But this is like indian ancient time It's music Not song

  • ALL I THOUGHT THAT AYA WILL SOUND LIKE THIS BUT I AM A CLOWN

  • LOVE THIS!!!!!!!!!

  • في عرب ؟

  • They're literally just saying an Indian word. Wtf is it offensive now for people to learn different languages?

    • @R i like how you said indian instead of hindi or urdu

    • @R Wtf is wrong with them 😳 I am an Indian..and there is nothing to get offended about it If they would have mocked our culture or disrespected it then it's okay to get offended..but this is getting out of hands 🙄

    • @Mukta Parab White people are getting offended because they say "Muskura" in the background at 0:14 seconds, which is the Indian word for smile or love (I believe). They're saying it's CULTurAL APPROPriatioN to use a word from another language. "Cultural appropriation" is seriously getting out of hand, even more so because actual Indian fans love that they're using their language. Not surprised though as I read an article the other day from a white people who said that " white people learning a non-white language like Korean, Japanese, Hindu, etc is a form of cultural appropriation and we white people should stick to white languages only" People are fkn crazy.

    • Wait..who is offended 😳

  • Whats the muskura means ?

  • Try not fall love with mamamoos

  • I’m Pakistani and this doesn’t offend me like let them all bark I’m happy they are showing our culture 🖤

  • So at 0:10 it says "Tej" which means the spirituality in one's face in hindi (indian lang.) And the word said just after can be "ik noor ki muskurahat" which means the precious smile of an angel(in urdu). See I am not 100% sure it feels like that so plz dont blame me 💜💜

  • Mamamoo are most the experimental and different korean pop group I have ever seen. More than anyone.

  • u can full slow and 18 sec play 😗💜

    • @Norfal Isrofil yea especially the part where moonbyul was doing archery it sounded like a slow scream lol

    • okay that scary 😂

  • So happy to see Indian concept and hearing the word 'muskura' !!!! Indian and international moomos lets support our girls!!!!!!!

  • it's coming soon

  • Pakistani Mooli's attendance please

  • I am happy MUSKURA has same meaning as my name MUSKAN Its means SMILE By the way I am Pakistani MUSKURA is used in both Urdu and Hindi languages

  • OMG i can't wate 😣😣😭

  • As a middle eastern fan I'm literally so excited for this! It just gives me Arabic/Indian vibes and I LOVE IT

  • So they named "Travel" album because they try all genres. That's all

  • Hey to be honest, why would anyone be offended with this..... I MEAN THERE'S NOTHING TO BE OFFENDED ABOUT 🤷

  • Different cultures are starting to get forgotten and set aside or changed because war and all. This is a good way to tell everyone that there are other beautiful cultures that needs to be known and love instead of letting it be ruined by the present especially of the greedy rich people (you know what I'm saying). I realised most of us has an indepth knowledge about CA while others don't that's why they scream CA at every thing. Them screaming CA at everything is the same as screaming they're dumb.

  • If you look at the music video 'hymn for the weekend' by coldplay featuring beyonce you can see how they incorporated the Indian culture if I'm not mistaken. So I think here we see that mamamoo wants to incorporate the Arabic/hindu culture in there music video (and other cultures if so). Now I'm not from the Asia community at all so pls correct me if I'm wrong. But I'm pretty sure mamamoo knows their limits when it comes to adding other cultures in their song. (They've received alot of hate, for things they had no intention of doing or even know if it was offensive or not which they were sorry for.) but let's just support them and spread the mv so everyone around the world can see.

  • Lmao this is not even indian concept. Moonbyul is wearing kazakh chapan, theres yurta, i think this is more uzbek/kazakh/tajik concept, not even indian

  • Moomoos this is the goal please keep in your mind 24hrs:10m views 1m likes too pleasee moomoos

  • Don't forget to vote in MAMA, the voting percentages are decreasing these days.

  • What is the problem of K-pop artists with Arab, Islamic and Indian cultures?

    • it's not a problem, it's a tribute

  • *'aya' has strong lyrics about how changed love is like a 'rotten tooth', and how that 'rotten tooth' needs to be pulled out*
